Michael Rockett and WinModify.com have created an RSS Reader for you to freely download..
It's in Beta stages now, while it already performs very well. More features will be added in future builds.
The RSS Reader brings the latest 10 newsitems to your desktop. Click on one to view the full post. Right click on one to perform user-related tasks which, at this stage, include viewing a user's profile and/or submitted skins. More tasks will be introduced when WinModify.com relaunches in a few months. These tasks include sending private messages or writing on a skinner's guestbook.
